Our company began property management services in the year 2000. At that time, we managed four Condominium Associations, one, seven-unit apartment building and a few single family rentals for home owners.
In 2010, we scaled back to managing just one condominium association with over 70 units. Our responsibilities are to assist the Board of Directors to enforce rules they have, collect home owner association fees, pay their incurred bills, and seek and present bids for services being provided by the association.
We pride ourselves for the "hands on" approach to condominium management.
As a bonded company, we are charged with keeping accurate financial records, working with the Board to maintain adequate reserve funds for maintenance and replacement of aging components is primary in our approach to management.
Due to our staffing size, we no longer serve apartment complexes or single family units.
We invite other home owner condominium associations to talk with us about or services.
